Two-Way Internet Via Satellite
JINsats provides direct access to the Internet backbone via satellite for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and enterprises anywhere in the world. JINsats is ideal in regions inaccessible to terrestrial networks, by offering a two-way (duplex) satellite connection to the Internet backbone.

-
The two-way system begins with multiple Tier-One Internet backbone providers connected to our Digital Operations Center (DOC).
-
Content from the Internet is routed as IP traffic to our DOC. The IP traffic is encapsulated into a Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) transport stream to uplink to the satellite.
-
The DVB transport stream is received at your location. The required equipment at your location includes a satellite antenna, a receiver/transmitter and a DVB receiver.

IP traffic is then routed to your customers on your network via dial-up, LAN or wireless connections.
-
Your outgoing Internet traffic is transmitted from your location to one of our satellites via a dedicated Single Channel Per Carrier (SCPC) satellite link.
-
The IP traffic is then received at the DOC and routed back to the Internet backbone.
